Survey first, always. We measure the opening, check what has to pass through it, and confirm the power. The quote is itemised and honest about anything the building needs before the door goes in. Manufacture runs roughly two to three weeks, then our own installers fit it, set the limits, test the safety edges and photocells, and hand over with a demonstration of the manual override in case the power goes.
