Roller shutter & garage doors in Sandton. Surveyed, fitted and serviced across Gauteng.

Brands We Work With

We are independent of any single manufacturer. The operators we install, service and hold parts for, and how to identify what you already have.

We are not a dealership for any single manufacturer, and we do not earn more by putting one brand on your building rather than another. That independence is the point: the operator we specify is the one sized correctly for your door and your cycle count, from a range whose parts we can still get in five years.

These are the brands we install, service and hold parts for most often.

Centurion Systems

South African-designed gate and door automation, manufactured locally and by some distance the most widely installed range in the country. Parts availability and technician familiarity are both excellent, which matters more than headline specification when something fails on a Friday afternoon.

ET Systems (Nice Group)

Long-established in the South African market and now part of the Nice Group. Well regarded on industrial roller shutter applications, with a robust range of operators for heavier doors.

GEMINI

Locally supported automation with a solid presence in residential and light commercial work. Straightforward to service, with widely available replacement components.

DoorHan

Industrial door hardware and operators used widely on high-cycle dock and warehouse applications, where the duty rating is the deciding factor rather than the price.

Somfy

European motorisation with a strong domestic and light commercial range, including quieter drives suited to residential roller doors where noise is a genuine consideration.

Hörmann

Industrial and sectional door hardware with a long track record on high-specification commercial installations, including rated fire assemblies.

Not sure what you have?

Very few people know the make of their door motor, and there is no reason they should. Send us a photograph of the operator and the end plate along with the opening width and height — that identifies most units in circulation here. If the make is unclear, a close photograph of the slat profile usually settles it.

What we look for when specifying an operator

  • Correct sizing. An undersized motor on a heavy door is the most common reason we are called back inside two years.
  • Parts availability. A brand nobody supports locally is a door you cannot repair, whatever the specification sheet claims.
  • Manual override. Fitted on every door we automate, without exception.
  • Backup power. Load shedding is a design condition in South Africa rather than an edge case.
  • Safety devices. Edges and photocells as standard, with closing force measured and set at handover.

Doors and parts from other manufacturers

Most of our service work is on doors somebody else installed, and that includes brands not listed here. We carry the common wear parts across the makes in general circulation and can order in for the rest. Where a range has been discontinued and parts genuinely no longer exist, we tell you on the first visit rather than after a sequence of billed attempts.

Next step

Send the opening size. We will do the rest.

A rough width and height is enough to start a quote. If a door is stuck right now, call the standby number instead.
