How a job runs

You send us the approximate opening size, or a photograph if that is easier. We survey the structural opening, headroom, side room and power supply on site — free within our standard travel radius. You get an itemised quote covering the door, the drive, the installation and anything the opening needs before a door can go in, usually within one working day of the survey. We then manufacture to your measurements at the factory and our own team fits it, sets the limits, tests the safety devices and shows you the manual override before leaving.

Repairs and breakdowns in City Deep

Most of our repair work is on doors somebody else installed, and we handle all common makes of roller shutter, sectional overhead and high-speed door. After the installation

A scheduled visit costs less than the callout it replaces on any door that works for a living.
